Archive GHV saved projects of selected Geocortex site
Hi, we have a number of Geocortex sites for individual projects. Sometimes we need to archive a project by copy the project site folder to somewhere else. I have read the link talking about copy the entire datastore folder of Essential Core for all saved projects created by users. However, I'm wondering if it is possible to extract and archive the saved projects just for the selected project only. Seems we're missing an administrator tool to export and import saved GVH projects here. Back in Silverlight Viewer days, it could be done easyly by copy-paste the essentials\sites\projects folder.

You can view and save the project contents as a JSON file, but I don't think you can automate this or do this in bulk, or import a project again.

Thanks Nico, yes I've done what's mentioned in your first link and it works fine if only need to deal with one or two saved projects. I was curious if there's a way to do bulk export/load for what I described. Also thanks for the second link, seems we'll need to do some DIY. 0 -
Jack,
You might take a look at dBeaver. It is a universal database app that can connect to ElasticSearch among other databases. You should be able to write a query that can export to JSON in bulk.
