REST logs errors

Hi,

 

 

I'm looking at Geocortex essentials Rest logs (system logs) and I'm seeing a repeating error:

 

 

<Event Timestamp="2020-02-28T22:43:10.353369+00:00" Level="ERROR" Identity="Guest"><Message>The proxy handler failed to process the current request. The following error occurred: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.

   at Geocortex.Essentials.Proxy.GeoRestMapServerProxyHandler.ProcessRequest(HttpContextBase context, ProxyContext proxyContext)</Message></Event>

 

 

Our deployment is two GE 4.9 installations (on separate machines) using a shared sites/temp folder which are behind a proxy/load balancer.

 

 

The Geocortex essential installations are not clustered.

 

 

Is this is the error I'd expect to see for two machines that are not clustered?
