Geocortex Identity Server - how to edit GlobalSecurityProvider.xml file by hand

I am trying to add users and groups with the manager. This fails due to a certificate issue ("Unable to manage users and roles for security provider 'Geocortex Identity Server'. SSL certificate chain error: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider."). What information do I put in to the file c:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Identity Server\Web\App_Data\GlobalSecurityProvider.xml so I can login in with the Geocortex Identity Server. I only have an almost empty filewith the following contents:
