Get Distinct Values outside of Feature Queries

We come across numerous operations where data outside of returned feature queries requires the generation of distinct values - Form Items, Collections etc... - it would be nice to have that option built in rather than running nested 'For Each' operations and all that entails every time it needed. Most environments have the option to return distinct values readily available in a variety of colors.
