Pass argurments into a workflow

This process should be simple as it was with WF4, and not require editing JSON files as a 'hack' to pass parameters in.

The ability to pass in arguments either through an on click event, through the workflow itself, or through the URL would be great. This functionality is used a lot it seems and should certainty be added to WF5
