Stream Service Layer Style
I am looking to upgrade from 4.9 and 2.10 to 4.12 and 2.12 and have come across an issue in relation to stream service symbology.
Previously in 2.10 I was able to define a json layer style and the viewer would default to use that style.
Now in 2.12 it seems that the viewer defaults to the blue dots and polygons and the end user has to change the layer style.
Is there a setting to ensure that the viewer uses the layer style by default?

This is not a solution with Geocortex, however you can set symbology on a stream layer using the ArcGIS Server Admin API.
1. From ArcGIS Server machine, enter admin URL: https://servername/arcgis/admin/
2. Find your stream service and at the bottom of the page, click Supported Operations: edit
3. Look through the service definition .json and you can find symbology parameters.
Good luck!
