[5.18] Use the same menu in all designers

All designers now use the same menu options for New, Open and Delete.
This should be in all categories, but I can select only one :-(
There seem to be two different types of menu: the one used in Workflow, Reporting and Printing, and the one used in Mobile and Web.
- To open a project in the first type, I need to select File > My [app type], or File > Shared with Me. The second type has File > Open, and then I can switch between 'Mine' and 'Shared with me'.
- Revert to Last Saved is only available in Mobile and Web
- Deploy options are in different sub menus.
I don't know if one is better than the other, but having two different menus is confusing anyway.
Personally I prefer File > Open, and if I have to open a workflow I find myself staring at the menu for a few seconds before realizing there's no Open option.

We are in the process of making this more consistent between designers. The behaviour you describe in Mobile and Web is the new behaviour which will be adopted by the others. 0 -
@Ken That's great to hear. Would it be possible to show both 'My items' and 'Items shared with me' at the same time by default?

@bereveld The other designers currently have those as separate options in the list and at this time we're just changing Workflow to be consistent with the rest. 0 -
This morning we released Geocortex Workflow 5.18 which now has menus that are consistent with Mobile and Web.
Normally, I would change an idea to Now Available at this point, but since this idea refers to all apps, I can't really do that.
Maybe we should move this to the Reporting or Printing area as they are the only outstanding applications that are inconsistent.

I've added the categories for Reporting and Printing, as those are the two remaining products that need an update to use the same menus as the other products.
