Copyright issues for Layer Catalog services

We are finding that services added into a LayerCatalog site are not always showing the Copyright information as specified in Essentials Manager.

For services that DO NOT have a native Copyright defined in the MapService itself, but instead have been configured to show a copyright on print/export in Essentials Manager, that detail IS NOT honored when the service is added to a viewer session using the LayerCatalog tool.

For services that DO have native "Credits" defined in the MapService itself, AND where that that is overridden in the Essentials Manager config, that overridden value from Essentials manager IS NOT honored. Instead the native "Credits" from the MapService are shown on screen instead.

For services that DO have native "Credits" defined in the MapService itself, that IS shown on screen as expected.

 

 

Are these known issues with using a Layer Catalog site?

 

Occurs with:

 

   GE 4.8.2 / GVH 2.9.2

 

   GE 4.11 / GVH 2.12.1

  i am having the same issue on Essentials 4.13 , has this been fixed in a later version?
