Hi Buster, I still experience this issue as well, and have for months. I'm haven't figured out how to fully resolve it however I have trained my users that anytime they experience the issue to just clear their cashes on chrome and it will disappear for a short time. I couldn't get a log error or anything of any value to trace it. The best I could get was watching the network as a request comes in and seeing portal reject the auth request from geocortex.

If you do come across a solution please let me know!

I also experienced this issue with Portal 10.7.1 authentication after upgrading to 4.13 Essentials a few months ago. Now some users are complaining about the error again. This time I thought it might have been caused by a Security Update patch for Portal/Enterprise. Hope there is a solution!

Hi all, City of Hobart are also having the same issue. Has an official solution been provided, or has anyone found a solution to this issue?

Hi all, as far as I know there has never been a resolution from Latitude on this. At this point I've just trained my user base to clear their caches (you need to use all time and only cookies and other cached data needs to be selected) when it happens and the error will go away for a few weeks to a month.

I have had to help so many users with this that I created a video at the link below. Feel free to share if you would like.

    Hi Andreas,

Unfortunately No. CoH are using the work around with having users clear their cache - would be great to see a solution provided.

We are still experiencing the issue a year later, and the workaround is the only fix we know.

We get it as well at the City of Saskatoon and it only happens on our instance that uses Portal for authentication.  We are on Essentials 4.14.0 and Enterprise 10.8.1.  Issue for us is in Chrome.

Clearing cache works but that is a poor solution for the users.
