Time slider snapping

Hi,

 

I've set a timeslider with Time interval: '1 hour' and Snapping: 'Snap to Time Intervals'. Still, when I drag the slider handle, it does not snap to whole hours, i.e. it is still possible to set the time instant to 1:15 for instance.

 

Is it supposed to work like this, or am I missing something?

 

My viewer version is 2.11.2.1552.
