How would I go about creating a QR code in a report that, when scanned, pulls up the report itself?

I am looking to get some reports printed/ hung on walls. It would be convenient to be able to pull up this report data on a mobile device, and the easiest way I can think to do this is to create a QR code that is on the report, and pulls up the report itself when scanned. Any thoughts on how I would do this?
