Customize Scale Bar Divisions

It would be a huge help to our users if the scale bar divisions could be adjusted based on a predefined scale. For example, our users have a requirement to print at 1" = 40', but the scale bar does not show the 1" division. We went through support and they suggested to add this to the ideas.
