Error message when adding a map service

Hello,

 

I am new to Geocortex Essentials and am creating a site and HTML5 viewer.  After a few days of configuring the site and viewer, I am now getting a message when trying to add different map services to the map in my site.  I am not sure how to address this issue, or the extent of the problem it will cause with displaying data in my viewer.

  what is the message you are seeing?

   

   

  can you copy your xml code out of your Site.xml file and paste into an xml validator like https://www.xmlvalidation.com ?

  Thanks Ryan...I had posted a screenshot of the the message.  I have reached out to our GIS manager for some help with finding the xml file to look at.
