Is the Global Search functionality available in any way from REST?  I want to use the Global Search outside of GVH.

  You can call the Global Search command (https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/gvh/4.14/commands-help/#/commands/Search/GlobalSearch) from a workflow, but I think you need the viewer to show the results.
