Geocortex Analytics: Resource Collector

All,

 

 

   has anyone else encountered the Geocortex Analytics: Resource Collector consuming the major of of the CPU on the machine it is running? at times we are seeing CPU usage reach over 90%. We are only monitoring 3 instances of arcgis server and each instance has less than 10 services on it and our collection interval for arcgis server logs is set to 1 hour.

  Hi @Guillaume Ruelle? & @David Tenney? I'd suggest looking at the Resource collector logs, which are in the Geocortex Core logs at <C:\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Core\Data\Logs>. The location of these log files depends on whether this is a remote monitored or agent monitored resource, if it's an agent it'll be on that server whereas if it's remote, they'll be on the hub server. I'd look for any repeated errors.
