Operation Failed error while adding ArcGIS Online Services
We are getting the "Operation Failed" error while adding the ArcGIS Online Services in GE 4.13.3.
We updated the TLS Registry Settings, as specified in the given URL:
https://support.geocortex.com/optimizerGSCkbaDetail?sub-nav=kba&main-nav=optimizer&id=kA6f200000091IvCAI
But we are getting the "Operation Failed" error.
Kindly help us to resolve this issue.

Hi Venkata,
I have a couple questions to help narrow down the issue.
1. What environment are you using to host your Windows Server 2012 R2 VMs on?
2. What map service are you attempting to connect to?
Thanks, Stefan0 -
Hi,
1. OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard edition.
2. Adding the "http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer" through Service Connections in RestManager.

Hi Venkata,
Please use the HTTPS URL equivalent instead (https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer).
The purpose of making this TLS change is to ensure that you are able to access other TLS-secured services, so that error is expected.
Thanks, Stefan0 -
Hi Stefan, While using the "https://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Topo_Map/MapServer". We are getting the error "No results found". 0 -
Are you also logged into Manager using HTTPS?
Also, could you try running Fiddler while attempting to connect to this map service and send the error message?0 -
I logged into Manager with HTTPS. But still it is showing the error "No results found". Please find the fiddler response screenshot. 0
