Operations Failed

Hi Guys,

 

 

I'm trying to add an AGOL feature service to my map and I'm getting an Operations Failed error, no results found.  This shows up for some AGOL feature services, but not others.  All of the services are https and visible in AGOL for everyone.  Some feature services that don't want to show up are ones I've created, some are from other people.  Some feature services have no problem.  Why would some feature services add, and not others?

 

 

I am on the newest version on Geocortex 4.13.x as I upgraded everything today to see if that was the issue.

 

 

Any help would be apprecaited.

  Is your server configured to use TLS 1.2?

  Currently working with my IT department to see if there is a firewall issue or proxy issue.
