Geocortex Essentials: Zoom to Feature / Results not working for Point features both via the Identify button and a Search workflow

I am new in Geocortex Essentials and have managed to configure a site and some basic search workflows using one of the sample LA county workflows that ship with the installation.

I am unable to zoom to point features after identifying or via a search workflow.

What could be the problem here, please assist.
