Set Extent in Geocortex Go (Mobile)

Hi all. Brand new to Geocortex Mobile. I have a workflow to set an extent that works as expected in desktop, but the same workflow in Geocortex Go does not set any extent at all. The correct query is executed, per my alert, and the picklists all are correct, but the map just doesn't change position. If I set an alert to show the xmax and ymax of the new extent in the workflow, it is unchanged in mobile interface. Is there a trick to get workflows to work in mobile vs desktop with workflow? Just using the Query Layer > Set Map Extent activities, using the SaaS product with AGOL.

  Hi Ryan,

   

  There shouldn't be any difference on the different platforms for this functionality. It sounds like you are using the same process to set the extent as our sample workflow (https://latitudegeo.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2548c8ce1e15410b89041ebbc37ff53f) so I'm not sure why this isn't working; could you provide your workflow so we can take a look?

  Thanks Stefan. In the SetMapExtent activity, I was using the query layer results (queryx.results) instead of the features (queryx.features).
