Geocortex - Printing template Print Arabic letters Error

We have few Printing templates and they all have Title Field. If Entered Arabic letters Printing templates will not print them. Only English letters will be printed. Is there any solution for this ?

  You need to use different print output type like JPEG or Png, the issue with Arabic font appears when it comes to print a pdf map.

  Our requirement is to print as PDF. some are A0 size ... We need high resolution PDFs Is this a bug in Geocortex ?

  Yes it is a bug, and the only workaround is to print it as jpeg instead of pdf.

  Thank you for letting us know. I think it was a bug from previous version also. I believe Geocortex Support should look in to it and fix ASAP before their next version release as It is major issue for many clients
