Geocortex Application Resource Column Should Include Site Name and Not Just the Viewer Name

When viewing Geocortex Applications the Resource column should list the Site name along with the Viewer name.  The Site name is required to be unique across an Essentials instance while a viewer name is not.  In our case we always name our Viewer the same in every site - "HtmlVW".  This reduces the number of places a Site Name is embedded into a Geocortex Application.  Right now the only way to tell the difference is by looking at the Launch URL.
