Instant Search showing as disabled on one node.

Hi,

 

 

We are using the Geocortex version 4.10.2. The Instant search functionality is not working for us. It is showing as disabled on one node while on other it is working fine. We have enabled the global search for the map service too and it is working fine on the other node while one node is still showing it as disabled.

 

 

We have restarted the Geocortex core services but still no luck. Can anyone please let me know what I am missing here?
