When im using the measurement tool. Am i drawing with vectors or pixels?

  In the background, we are creating an Esri geometry of type Polygon, whose vertices are defined by the points you define when measuring. The ArcGIS Runtime is responsible for rendering the geometry on the map, but we give it a Polygon. So to answer your question, it is a vector based geometry.
