Run Print Activity Error in WF5

I'm running a simple workflow in an HTML viewer (2.11). Once I run the workflow I came across the below error in "Run Print" activity.

Error : [WF: activity error] t.generateWebMapJson is not a function

does anyone have an idea about this issue?

  Hello Davood,

   

  That error suggests that there's an issue with Geocortex Printing accessing the web map, which might indicate sharing permissions issues between the print template and the web map used. Do you have a public URL that we could use to try and reproduce this issue?
