Change decimal places of measurement graphic labels

Hello,

 

 

Right now when you create a line with the Measurement tool the label goes out to 2 decimal places. The users for one of our applications was wondering if it could be just whole numbers and no decimal places?

 

 

I found a setting for the Measurement module in the config, "measurementFractionalDigits" which was set to 2 so I changed it to 0, but measurements are still going out to 2 places. Is this the wrong way to go about this, or is there a step I'm missing?

    measurementFractionalDigits should be the correct setting.

     

    Where did you change it, in the viewer configuration below the site folder or in a configuration file in a subfolder of the wwwroot folder? The first is the correct location.

     

    Did you change it in the different interface files (Desktop, Tablet, Handheld)?

    I made the change here:

     

    E:\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\GE412\REST Elements\Sites\EHApp\Viewers\EHViewer\VirtualDirectory\Resources\Config\Default\Desktop, and also in Tablet and Handheld, still no joy.

    Did you reload the site in manager. And in the browser developer tools, you should be able to inspect the loaded configuration files, if the change is there.

    I'm afraid I'm not seeing the loaded config files in Chrome developer tools, where should I be looking?

    Network tab, and filter on Desktop, you should see Desktop.json.js and be able to download or inspect it.
