Get Form Element Items Label Color Formatting for Item Picker

It would be great to have ability to format the background colour of each line in an item picker list based on the label from a Get Form Element Items

For Example

• Allow alternating odd/even colours - this could be a property on the item picker even
• Allow background colour for a form element items label to change based on the value of a field(s) in the item list.
