Can WF5 support custom form control based on a dynamic collection of data?

I am curious if WF5 supports a custom form item that builds dynamically off a collection? E.g. I want to list several selected valves each in their own row in a form and each valve “row” will have 3 buttons and colour coding etc based on values for each valve?
