How to Filter or Group on a Pivot Sheet in the Report Group Footer band

Hi

I've managed to build a basic Grouping Report that shows Sub Totals and Grand Total, in the GroupFooter band and the ReportFooter band, respectively. Also in my ReportFooter band (the Grand Totals area), I have various Charts and a Pivot Sheet, that summarizes ALL the data, for all the Features that the User selects in a GeoCortex Web Map application. All this working very well.

I am now trying to add some more SubGroup summary data in the GroupFooter band, specifically using a copy the PivotGrid control, that is working the the Grand Totals area.

Here's the problem: that PivotGrid in the GroupFooter (which as Grouping field on TRT_AREA) -- still shows ALL the Grand Totals summaries in each SubGroup band, instead of just the data specific to each TRT_AREA Sub-grouping instance, when the Report is run.

I suspect that in the PivotGrid Properties sheet, that the Prefilter, Criteria setting might be the right place to get the SubGroup Pivot to show just each SubGroup's data -- but have been unable figure out what to enter there, in the Criteria setting. (Filter Field, Filter Condition, Group Condition, etc. ?)

The wizard for that Criteria field is not as helpful as it is, in the Query Properties, Filter setting. (There are no Tree Nodes or Drop Downs, for the appropriate Syntax, or Value choices.)

Any suggestions on how to best filter (or group on) a PivotGrid in the GroupFooter band, would be greatly appreciated.
