Basemap visibility within map in a report.

Hello,

 

 

We currently have 2 different apps: A and B, with the same layer, say X. Layer X has a custom report set on it which is feature map enabled.

 

Layer X has been directly added to app A and when the report is generated the feature map has the basemap visible along with the features.

 

In app B, layer X is a part of the catalog with the same report generation template and same settings. However, when I generate a report from app B, the basemap is not visible, only the features are. I am not sure if I am missing something which will make the basemap visible in the reports created from app B. Is this a limitation? Is there any way to fix this?

  What do you mean with "a part of the catalog"?

  Its not added to the main site directly, its been added to a catalog site which is then added to the main site.
