What is the anticipated roadmap for Essentials, knowing no new major versions are going to be released this year, and the ESRI JavaScritpt API version 3.34 will enter mature support this January?
Geocortex Essentials 4.14 is based on the the ESRI JavaScript API 3.34. That API version is currently in 'Extended Support'. While version 3.36 will buy us a couple of months, both versions will be retired in 2023.

Ideally, I'd like migrate our viewers to the Geocortex 5-series, but we've got 48 of them, and it will take a while. I'm just trying to figure out the timeline and how much of a priority we need to put on it.

Hi Mike,
We will continually provide maintenance releases of GE 4.14 to stay current with the latest Esri JSAPI and include selected bug fixes.
We are planning on releasing GE 4.14.3 in mid-June which includes 3.36.
Thanks, Stefan

Esri JSAPI 3.36 will be in extended support two weeks after GE 4.14.3 is released.
I'm not concerned that VertiGIS will continuously provide maintenance releases to keep up with the latest ESRI JSAPI, but rather that ESRI will stop developing upon the 3.x API and require everyone to shift to 4.x.
Will Essentials support a 4.x ESRI JSAPI?

Geocortex Web and the Designer are our Esri JSAPI 4.x web-based products.
There are no plans to move GE 4.x away from Esri JSAPI 3.x.
