How to get AllowBeforeDeny Permission to work with Portal Groups

Hi there,

I am running GE 4.13.1. I previously utilized AllowBeforeDeny with IWA Groups with no problems.

I have switched an instance to Portal Authentication and I find the site will hang on load when <Permissions Inherit="True" Precedence="AllowBeforeDeny"> is added in the Site.xml.

Does the syntax need to be changed for Portal groups?
