Add activity to "increase" the Esri JS API application time out

Create a workflow activity that allows the user to change the default timeout of the underlying Esri JS configuration. When you have a long running query, it bumps into the default of 60 seconds. Changing the timeout could be added to the Query Layer activity where it would set the default to something other than 60 then switch it back to 60 after the Query Layer task was finished. Or it could be a standalone activity.
