I've posted some info on a recently-discovered Esri bug that affects customers using Chrome with older versions of the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 viewer:

  Our team runs 40 business applications across 2 instances (one public and one secured).  With so many touchpoints, an upgrade is not a trivial endeavor. We are currently running GE 4.10 and GVH 2.11 on some sites (some are running earlier viewer version).  Will a GE upgrade to 4.14.2 be sufficient or do we need to upgrade the GVH templates in each site as well?

  Also - I did not directly receive the Tech Bulletin. How do I subscribe?

  Hi Nicole,

  This issue is specific to GVH; you will need to upgrade both Manager and the Viewers.

  At the link Malcolm provided above, there is a dropdown menu just below the toolbar for selecting how often you'd like to receive updates from the Communities.
