"Instances cannot be resolved and nested lifetimes cannot be created from this LifetimeScope as it has already been disposed" error in Mobile

I'm getting this odd error that I've never seen before, when trying to add attachments to a feature service in Geocortex Mobile/GO. My form/workflow iterates a ForEach loop and attaches each image to the proper table in the feature service, or atleast it did up until Friday. The only thing that has changed, we think is that our IT Department has run a series of critical Microsoft security patches on our load balanced servers.

Has anyone had this issue or seen this error?
