    Hi Richard,

A few questions to help narrow down the potential issue:

    1. Are you using Essentials Printing or Geocortex Printing?
    2. Is the Service Type of the tiled layer set to 'Dynamic' in Essentials?
    3. Is the service publicly-available for us to retest with?

    Thanks, Stefan

Stefan, Here are the answers to your questions below. 1. Essentials Printing 2. It is not set to Dynamic 3. The service is not intended to be available publicly, but I have shared it with “Everyone” temporarily if you want to try to test against it. https://gis.unionsanitary.com/server/rest/services/Hosted/USD_Imagery_2017/MapServer Regards, Richard

We're seeing a somwhat similar issue.

I've now turned off "Allow per request modification of layer order and symbology" on the Enterprise server service, for a non vector tile basemap, and that's now working when a user clicks Export Image, which is wasn't before. For printing it's also working fine.

For our hosted (10.8.1) Vector Tile service it's set to "Supports Dynamic Layers: False" in Geocortex but it isn't appearing when a user clicks Export Image. It does appear on a printed PDF.

We're using Geocortex Printing 5.9 and Geocortex Essentials 4.14.2.
