Adding and Styling Markup

I'm not sure if I'm just missing something or if GXW doesn't not have these functions yet but I'm trying to add some markup tools to a toolbar and it appears that GXW does not support the multitool markup that the HTML viewer does (i.e. the markup tool has a dropdown list of buttons to change between point, line, poly, text, etc.). Additionally, it seems that you can only add point, line and poly markup tools (no shapes, no freehand, no text). The Drawing Style toolbar command only allows you to change styles for lines and polys - no point styling). When I try using the Markup Symbol command and click on a point it says this is not a supported markup type. Am I missing something obvious? How can a simple point not be a supported markup?

  Hi Peter,

   

  Multitool, freehand, shapes is not yet supported in GXW 5.13. It's coming in 5.14.

  Text and point styling, we have a plan for future release, but no set timeline just yet.
