Migrate existing web apps created in Geocortex Viewer for HTML 5 to Geocortex Web.

My organization has a dozen web apps created in Geocortex Viewer for HTML 5. Is it possible to migrate these apps to the new Geocortex Web platform? Would my organization have to re-create these web apps using Geocortex Web Designer?

  Hi John,

   

  Unfortunately, we don't have anything that converts GVH app straight to GXW.

   

  You can use the export web map feature in GVH to get the web map started. It will import your feature details as popup config, but it can't export any config not supported in the web map and it can't export the layout or configuration of the GVH viewer at all.

   

  And from there, you will have to manually re-create Geocortex Web app using Geocortex Web Designer and the expected web map from GVH.
