Permissions of Workflow 5 in AGOL hosted app
I have set up WF5 in my AGOL environment, and have a group that is housing my Geocortex WF5 widget by vertigis from the ArcGIS Marketplace. When I add it to my Web App - things work great. But when I have an user log in to use the web app - they currently have to be member of the group above (the group with my WF5 widget). This is kinda a pain, but work-able as I can just add the members I want to access my Web App to the group. My question is - how do I create a Web app for public consumption with a WF5 widget on it? Perhaps this is not possible?

Hi Darryl,
ArcGIS Online does not currently allow hosted widgets to be used in public apps.
I was under the impression that you only needed to share the widget item with your Web AppBuilder authors; however, you are correct. You'll have to share it with the end users as well.
We are working on the documentation for the hosted widgets now. I will ensure these details are covered.

Thanks Ryan. This is what I thought based on my testing. I also noticed that the logged in user has to be part of the AGOL group that his housing the Geocortex WF5 widget application. That probably should be included in the documentation as well.
