Error in using ShowMapCallout Command : t.contentIsView is not a function

In GW5 for HTML, the error below keep showing up when trying to run the command ShowMapCallout, with the parameters = {elementId: 'xx', mapPoint:$point2.point , content: "<p>hi</p>", title: "Hi"}

 

 

Error : Unhandled rejection TypeError: t.contentIsView is not a function  at m._onShowMapCallout

 

simply, I am trying to show up a map tip located at a certain geometry point. It is the same functionality as Show InfoWindow or Template in Esri JS API

 

please share a workflow example showing how to show a map tip, I think it's very basic functionality and it should be straightforward.

  Hi Yousef,

   

  Because the input argument for this GVH command requires an HTMLElement object, there's no mechanism to create the object within the existing activities. Please create a feature request for this functionality.

   

  In Geocortex Web, this process can be run directly in a Run Operation with the "results.display-summary" command.

  If the ShowMapCallout command can't be run using Workflow5 in Geocortex HTML Viewer, is there any way to show a callout style maptip with dynamically changing content? Or is there a way to change the feature description based on what user is logged in?
