Basemaps not showing up in Geocortex Go

We have been having issues being able to see the basemaps when using Geocortex Go.

It is currently set up to use both rest layers through and ArcGIS online map and reference layers coming through a Map Pack. When i remove the map pack it looks the basemaps come through fine but when i bring the Map Pack back in the basemap disappears again.

I am kind of new to working with Geocortex Go so please let me know if I am missing something or not.
