Issues with the Captcha

On our network, we cannot access the community site because we never can get past the boat or bus captcha Robot app,  our IT says its Vertigis that needs to fix.  I am off network posting this, so it would not be possible on network.  Any ideas?

  Hey Ted, this is the first I've heard of this issue. Please submit a support case to vertigisstudio-support@vertigis.com and we'll get on a call to troubleshoot this issue.
