Results Description Format

This is a two part question. First of all I am trying to create a Buffer Parcel workflow that allows keying a TAXKEY number and a distance then buffering parcels within the number of feet keyed. I've gotten as far as getting the results, but I want the results to show with a TAXKEY for each one. I've found that the Description Format expression below, gets me close, but is showing the same TAXKEY for all 47 results. How should this expression be written to look at each result and display it's tax key. Also, how do I get the other attributes to show when the result is clicked?

It seems to me that someone in the community has probably developed this workflow that buffers around a queried POLYGON and returned results which can then be exported to .xls. If you have and are willing to share, I'd love to have it. It's a little frustrating that every time a platform shifts, we have to recreate the buffer-a-polygon-and-give-me-a-mail-merge-output process. My .02

  =$bufferedParcels.feature.attributes.TAXKEY
