Unable to run identify on symbol
I have a web map/scene in portal with symbology configured on the layer. In the web map/scene I am able to click/identify any where on symbol and this will show the feature result. When I open the web map/scene in vertigis studio web application I am not able to get any results when clicking the symbol, I have to click the feature exactly to get any results.
This is very frustrating and makes it difficult to choose the correct feature when we have more features in the same point which we want too separate by symbology.

Hi Kristian Lindalen-stenerud! If I'm reading this right, you're got a Esri ArcGIS feature layer in a webmap that you're consuming in VSW. When in your VSW viewer, you're trying to click to identify a feature by clicking on the symbology (rather than directly on the point that it corresponds to) and not getting any identify results.
If the above summary is accurate:
- Do you have any custom symbology set on the layer?
- Are you able to reproduce the same issue when in the webmap map viewer and identifying features?

Hi Gareth, This is correct.
I have configured new symbology for the layer in the webmap using the "Map Viewer" in Portal.
In the "Map Viewer" clicking identify on the symbology works as expected. This is the same for both 2D and 3D.0 -
I suspect the symbol is large enough that when you click on it, the buffered area is not large enough to capture the point feature itself. If you do a rectangle identify around the feature does it work as expected?
