Can you filter multiple layers in a feature picture box?

I'm using a feature picture box in Vertigis Studio Report Designer.

We have a web map which has plots (polygons) and violations (lines within those plots).

For a use case, we want to display specific plots and violations within those specific plots. I've managed to show specific plots in the feature picture box. However (as expected), all other features in the web map are still shown, regardless wether they are in the selected plot or not. 

Is there a way to filter the the web map in the feature picture box, so that not only the current feature (plot) is filtered, but also the relevant features relating to that plot, rather than all other features in the web map? A scripting solution (preferably with example) would also be helpful.

The include web map option is no option in this case, since multiple maps have to be included for each report.
