ESRI Quickcapture / Webhooks

Hi,

I saw in the documentation of VertiGIS that one is able to run a report using the webhooks in survey123.

Is this also available for ESRI's Quickcapture application?

How would that work?

  Although it is not documented (yet) you can use webhooks in QuickCapture the exact same way as  you do in Survey123 to run server workflows (which can then run reports).

  You configure QuickCapture like this with a URL like https://host.com/vertigisstudio/workflow/service/webhook/survey123/<workflow-item-id>

  

  Note: if your workflow is not shared with "Everyone" you need to check the "Portal information" checkbox.

  Thanks for the information. 

  I tried it but without any success yet, is it correct that the url that needs to be used is still using the survey123 element?

  You can use either of these. They are equivalent.

  • https://<your-host.com>/vertigisstudio/workflow/service/webhook/survey123/<workflow-item-id>
  • https://<your-host.com>/vertigisstudio/workflow/service/webhook/<workflow-item-id>

  Note the path /vertigisstudio/workflow might be different in your environment.
