[5.42] Set type definition for subworkflow arguments and output

Introduced in VertiGIS Studio Workflow 5.42

Similar to the Cast activity, allow a type definition to be set for the subworkflow arguments and output, so the designer can show code completion for $subworkflow.arguments and $runSubworkflow.result
