Merge concurrent segments with the same value

We would like to have the ability to merge concurrent linear segments for visualization purposes. I believe in the solution it was called the "featuresEqualityFunction". Otherwise, it can end up with confusing gaps in the segments and can make a mess of the labeling in the bands. For example:

Instead of this:

_____________  _________________________

MAOP 700                           MAOP 700

It should visualize more like this:

______________________________________

                           MAOP 700

  Hi Adam,

  It turns out that this can be done pretty easily.  You can expect to see it in Inline 2.5 currently scheduled for June 19.
